Powertrain Warranty
This warranty covers several systems that can be considered the heart of your Toyota, namely the engine, transmission, and powertrain. The engine provides your vehicle’s power, which is focused by the transmission, and then transferred to the powertrain, which then moves your vehicle at the speed you require.
Coverage under this warranty applies for the first five years or 60,000 miles, whichever comes first.

Your seat belts and airbag system are protected against any defect due to workmanship or materials for five years or 60,000 miles.

Federal Emission Control Warranty
It’s essential that your vehicle meets emissions standards. This warranty consists of two parts.
Emission Defect Warranty
This applies to all components that form part of the emissions control system. Most of these components are covered for two years or 24,000 miles, however, some specific parts may be covered for eight years or 80,000 miles.
Emissions Performance Warranty
This warranty applies if your vehicle fails a mandatory emissions test, or if the failure of the test can mean a penalty, such as a fine.
