Trim Levels (Exterior)
Choosing one of the five trim levels won't be easy, as they all offer desirable features. The lineup starts out with the L Eco trim, and from there moves up to the LE, XLE, 2020 Edition, and Limited trim levels. It also comes in seven vibrant paint colors such as Electric Storm Blue, Magnetic Gray, and Supersonic Red. If you decide to stick with the base model, you'll get LED daytime running lights, an active grille shutter, heated power outside mirrors, and 15-inch five-spoke alloy wheels. Engine (Power)
The hybrid powertrain for the Prius consists of a 1.8-liter DOHC four-cylinder gas engine and a permanent magnet AC synchronous electric motor. This system puts out a combined horsepower of 121 and up to 120 pound-feet of torque. A lithium-ion battery powers the electric motor, and the smooth-shifting comes to you from a continuously variable transmission.
Performance
You'll get plenty of traction with the standard front-wheel-drive system. However, for better traction in all types of weather and across various terrain, you can upgrade to the electronic all-wheel-drive system that gives you four-wheel traction on slippery or rough road surfaces. With exceptional gas mileage, responsive handling, a sharp turning radius, and quick acceleration, the Prius is a fun-to-drive car that appeals to a variety of drivers.
Interior
Once you climb inside the cabin of the Toyota Prius, you'll be surprised by the high-quality materials and abundance of space you find. It has comfortable seating for up to five people and a maximum cargo capacity of 50.7 cubic feet. This is plenty of room for groceries or luggage. A smart key system, along with push-button start, mean you no longer have to fumble for your keys to get in your car and go. Safety Features
